Have you met our Parisian-based Huff’ingtons?  We’re very excited to have a team of international designers who work beautifully together to bring our clients’ dreams to reality.

Chiara is our principle interior designer and visionary.  Chiara, who is Venetian, joined us on several projects in Florence when we needed a little help in translation.  A “little help” turned into a full-fledged collaboration where Chiara’s creative energy shone through with passion and elegance.  Her work is world class, and her vision is authentic and pure. We soon found out that we were sympatico on all levels and twisted her arm to come work with us on our projects in Paris. It was an easy “oui” with one condition:  Enrico!

Enrico is the architect, who has the vision, passion and patience to turn our projects into reality. He has collaborated with Chiara for years in Venice and Southern France and with our team in Florence.  We immediately loved working with this talented, kind and conscientious person who brings fresh ideas and solutions to our dreams and is able to translate them into concrete plans that clients and contractors fully understand and appreciate.

Julie is our project manager extraordinaire.  On any given day, and with energy and enthusiasm, you will find Julie directing contractors at work sites, facetiming clients, meeting with a hardware artisan to select an exact replica of an 18th Century doorknob, accompanying a client to pick out their stone slab, contacting the mayor for an esoteric French permit, dealing with our accountants and regaling the team with her daily adventures and discoveries.  In a nutshell, Julie is the little engine that could … and does make it all happen.

Libby is our newest Huff’ington in Paris, our store manager and overall assistant designer, who speaks flawless French with a perfect Alabama drawl and knows Paris like the back of her hand.  At our boutique and design studio in the 7th Arrondissement, Libby defines Southern hospitality with her warm and welcoming smile and her eagerness to share favorite restaurants and haunts for Paris visitors. La vie est belle, Libby style, and her enthusiasm for all things beautiful, delicious and French is contagious, as you will see if you visit our store.

And then there is Ann, who is now living the dream in Paris, and whose favorite expression is “This makes me so happy” as she collaborates with this inspiring team to produce beautiful work for clients.  Ann thrives on working in an international environment, where Franglais is the common language with a little bit of “ciao” thrown in, where the team works relentlessly (but manages to stop for a nice lunch), and where every outside appointment involves breathing in the beauty and architecture of this magical city.  Ann’s goal, now that she has a world class team in place, is to help clients overcome their initial fear of renovating a home abroad, oversee every aspect of the creative work for our design clients, and continue to source unique antiques and art for Huff Harrington Paris and Atlanta.

If you’re visiting Paris this year or coming for the Olympics, please be sure to stop by our store and design studio, at 14 rue Augereau, open daily from 2 to 5 p.m.

Libby will greet you with a Bonjour, y'all!
