Hot off the Easel

Hot off the Easel

A recent addition to our gallery family is Anne Darby Parker, a fabulously talented artist whose inspirational female subjects are fierce, strong and progressive.  (Yes! We love that.)

Parker's work is exuberant, beautifully abstracted and boldly painted with definitive brushstrokes and a wonderfully harmonious palette that reads as neutral - but pops with shards of color and pigment.

Painting in a concoction of graphite pencil, acrylic and oil paints as well as ink, Parker's style is loose but intentional.

We mean it when we say we can't get enough of Parker's work and we're seriously obsessed with these paintings.  Feast your eyes here to see what we mean (click on the images for more information).

We even used a series of her works going up the stairwell in our space at the 2022 Home for the Holidays showhouse.

Please pop by the gallery to see Parker's work in person - we think you'll leave as inspired and energized by her paintings as we are.
