Ooh la la! 2020 French trips dates are here

Ooh la la! Are you ready to practice your bonjours while you stroll along the Seine? Nibble a croissant in a picture-perfect Paris cafe? Search the flea markets for that perfect one-of-a-kind antique?  Or perhaps drink in the glorious lavender fields of Provence and capture it all on canvas?

If the answer to any of these is a oui, oui, oui, you might want to consider joining us and other like-minded ladies in 2020 as we explore Paris and Provence.  After months of planning and coordinating a big pile of calendars, we're thrilled to announce our 2020 dates.

Back on the trip menu are our tried and true favorites:

PARIS & PROVENCE TRIP:  offered twice yearly, this trip dabbles in Paris with three days for museum-hopping, shopping, eating and walking – followed by five blissful days in Provence, where we roam the spectacular countryside, dip our toes in the Mediterranean, seek out vineyards, shop in local markets, eat fancy lunches and dine at home every evening, watching the sun set over the Luberon mountains.

You know you're in Provence when you see this everywhere

PARIS BUYING TRIP:  if thrill of the hunt is your thing, then this trip is for you.  We'll be in Paris and primarily focused on scooping up antiques and one-of-a-kinds from our favorite sources.  We'll visit a wonderful antiques fair located on an island in the middle of the Seine.  We'll scour the famous Paris flea market and we'll shop, eat, shop, walk, shop, bargain, shop, talk …. and shop some more!  Our team happily assists with negotiating, buying and all the nitty-gritties involved with shipping your goodies back home. We love every minute and we think our clients do too.

PAINTING IN PROVENCE:  This trip is a natural extension of our art gallery, and offers artists of all levels, the opportunity to paint with a Huff Harrington artist, surrounded by the beauty of the Provence countryside.  This year’s trip will be led by artist Allison Chambers, who has led the trip several times in the past, always with the most glowing reviews.

A WEEK IN PROVENCE: this was the very first trip we ever did, back in 2009 and it remains a fave.  You'll indulge your inner Francophile with a magical week in Provence at Les Murets, an enchanting property surrounded by fragrant lavender fields and olive trees. During this trip, you will be deliciously immersed in all things Provencal – from the Luberon valley’s best markets, restaurants and galleries to our favorite boutiques and vineyards. If you adore great food and long lunches, never met a bottle of wine you didn’t love and enjoy traipsing through sunlit villages, this is the trip for you!

PROVENCE BUYING TRIP: this one is new for 2020.  we've always wanted to put together a buying trip to Provence and we're thrilled that we're making it happen in April 2020.  That's the good news. The other good news is that the minute we floated it out there, some  lucky clients immediately signed up for it so this one is currently wait-list only.  But not to worry - we may add a second Provence buying trip in August 2020. Stay tuned!   Just to whet your appetite, we'll be buying up a storm in beautiful Isle sur la Sorgue, the antiques capital of southern France as well as spending the day at a fun and charming fair in the picturesque Provencal mountains.  Our home base will be beautiful Les Murets.

With each trip we take care of it all, from reservations to accommodations and everything in between. We lead the way through the city and countryside with our expert team of guides, artists and drivers, making sure every little detail is taken care of.  Check out our list of frequently asked questions (yes, there's wifi and hair dryers everywhere we go!) and if you're ready sign up, just check out our booking procedures and policies on each trip's page. Or just call the gallery at 404.257.0511. We're happy to chat trips anytime.
