This lovely decorative giltwood mirror has all the elements we love about old French pieces.  The carved frame features an abundance of scrolling foliage, floral motifs and a pretty acanthus leaf crest, all finished in a beautifully timeworn gilding.  What a fabulous statement piece over a console, commode or mantel. Circa 1880-1920.
