Hot off the heels of a busy week supporting Partners' Card (thank you to all who came and shopped for this very, very important non-profit), we're now setting our sights on a fun day planned at Huff Harrington.
Mark your calendars for Thursday, November 14th as we give a warm welcome to six vendors who will set up shop chez HH - and to designer and friend, Nancy Izlar.
From 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Nancy will be leading 15 lucky particiapants in a festive holiday floral-arranging workshop up on our third floor. Nancy will guide you through all the steps, from choosing your blooms to artfully composing your florals. At the end of the workshop, you'll have your own beautiful and original arrangement, new-found knowledge about floral style, balance and texture - and some new friends, we promise.
We'll provide your container, all floral materials and light bites and sips. Tickets are $40.00 per person and they're going fast. Click here to get yours.
We're continuing the fun throughout the day as we welcome six female entrepreneurs who are trailblazing in their own specific and creative ways, from textile design, ceramics and glassware to leather accessories, custom stationery and fine jewelry. We've loved getting to know these ladies and listen to their wonderful stories. And yep, we're big fans of their collective inspiration, sheer determination and go-get-'em grit.
From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., you'll have time to browse and holiday shop these fun and vibrant lines:
Half Past Seven Home: founded by two moms with similar passions for all things for the home, Half Past Seven believes in "more joy, less stress" and in the value of authentic, handcrafted pieces that both calm and inspire. The line's carefully designed pieces are all hand-crafted, "treasured but not fragile", and environmentally responsible.

Maison Venu, founded in 2022 in a New York City apartment, is the brainchild of Olivia Massie, who received a degree in textile design from the University of Georgia. Working with mostly women artisans in India, these block prints incorporate traditional techniques and production methods imbued with modern design sensibilities. These gorgeous textiles and fabrics are "an artful, luxury product that can be a conversation starter, the backdrop to life's memories and a beautiful design layer" in a home.

Blair's Belts have a cultlike status in the Southeast and we're delighted to welcome her to HH. Blair Beskin is the founder of this company which sources and designs genuine alligator and crocodile belts, bracelets and even iPhone watch straps in a dizzying array of colors and textures. Along the way, Blair added accessories, bags and even shoes. We love that the inspiration for the company came from her belt-wearing, golf-playing father who wanted to improve on the traditional woven belt.

Amy Korda, of Amy Gordon Jewelry, has had her gorgeous pieces at Huff Harrington for over a year now and we love how special they are. Amy's background is in fashion and along with travel, her fond memories of growning up in the South inspires her designs. She uses a wonderful mix of precious and semi-precious stones with fine metals to create "fun and fine" jewelry.
We're so excited to welcome you to Huff Harrington throughout Thursday, November 14th and yes, we'll have sips and nibbles. For more information and to drop us a line to let us know you're coming, please click here.
See you soon!
