Trips - Booking
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due per person at registration. No reservation will be confirmed until the deposit is received. Final payment is due 90 days prior to the trip start date. For reservations made within 90 days of departure, the entire trip cost must be paid at the time of booking. We accept payment by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and personal check. Trip prices are in US dollars.
Note: All costs are double occupancy; there is a surcharge for singles and a limited number of single rooms, available on a first come basis.
- A Week in Provence: $4,200 for double occupancy; $4,900 for single occupancy
- Paris & Provence- Spring: $4,750 for double occupancy; $5,500 for single occupancy
- Paris & Provence - Fall: $4,950 for double occupancy; $5,800 for single occupancy
- Painting in Provence: $4,500 for double occupancy; $5,500 for single occupancy
- Buying Trip to Paris - Spring: $4,500 for double occupancy; $5,250 for single occupancy
- Buying Trip to Paris - Fall: $4,750 for double occupancy; $5,500 for single occupancy
- Buying Trip to Provence: $4,200 for double occupancy: $4,700 for single occupancy
Costs include all accommodations, all meals in Provence and most meals in Paris, group transportation and admission fees to any group cultural events. Not included: air fare, train fare and local transfers to and from the airport and any personal transportation outside of group activities. Exceptions apply for the Paris Provence trip.
We can't stress enough how important it is to be prepared for the unexpected. Because our deposits are non-refundable, please protect yourself by buying travel insurance at the time of booking in the event you must cancel your accommodation and forfeit funds. We recommend Travelex or American Express.
If you decide not to purchase travel insurance, you agree to indemnify us against any charges that might otherwise be covered by your insurance. You further agree that we are not responsible for any costs of cancellation by you.
Our refund policy is firm: If you initiate the cancellation 60 days or more prior to the departure date, we will reimburse any funds paid, less the non-refundable deposit. If you initiate the cancellation less than 60 days prior to departure, we cannot refund any monies paid for the trip.
By authorizing payment to Huff Harrington Fine Art, you acknowledge that once you submit a deposit to us, we have financial obligations related to your participation that must be fulfilled. You understand that the 50% deposit for this trip is non-refundable and that you have been advised to purchase travel insurance. If you have chosen not to purchase adequate travel insurance, you accept full responsibility for non-refundable payments if you choose to cancel or change your reservations.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if fewer than 7 participants have signed up, within 16 weeks prior to the scheduled trip dates. If Huff Harrington initiates the cancellation, we will refund all deposits and payments due to guests.
