This petite, carved and gilded 19th century Regency style parclose mirror has a beautiful leaf motif that weaves itself gracefully to a cartouche topped basket. The exterior is 18th century and the parclose has retained its original mercury glass. We believe that the inside of the mirror was replaced in the 19th century, making it more functional for a powder room.
16” x 2” x 30.5” H.
Condition: Good, especially considering its age. Wear is consistent with age, and you will see that there are some hairline cracks in some places.
