Andrea Costa

Andrea Costa's rural roots and endless love affair with the land and water are the source of inspiration for her luminous and masterful landscape paintings.

Costa approaches each painting by exploring the underlying narrative and metaphor, and emotion of the Landscape.  She embraces the creative process while incorporating the classical training she received at Clayton State University and perfected with years of study with Atlanta's Chris DiDomizio, best known for his "Old World Master" techniques.

A rigorous investigation of critical thinking and innovative use of materials, working with Michael David and the Fine Arts Atelier has honed and expanded the metaphor and emotion in each of these singular and moving works.

Her landscapes, transcendent and transformative, offer the viewer a moment to pause, to breathe and reflect, lifting the viewers spirit while embracing the paintings beauty.

Andrea Costa has produced some giclees (canvas prints) of her work that she has sold separately from Huff Harrington.  We do not sell giclees at Huff Harrington and we we do not carry the original work that has been turned into a giclee.
